- Steel frame with reduced thermal conductivity, from 1.5 mm to 2 mm thick.
- Intumescent seal around the whole frame, dilates to 25 times its size at 150ºC and over.
- Galvanized steel sheet of between 0.7 mm and 1 mm, with high density rock wool insulation.
- Sheet covered by wood imitating PVC film, cadmium and formaldehyde-free.
- Thermosetting epoxy powder paint, 120 micron coat.
- 3 mm thick steel hinges, with DIN 18272 authorization and CE mark.
- Authorization plate.
- Zinc steel anti-leverage bolt.
- Reversible fire resistant lock.
- Brass locking mechanism, 40x40 with 3 keys.
- Anti-catch, black fire resistant handles.
